Pilar de Torres

Pilar de Torres (Barcelona 1956) holds an Economics degree from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master's degree from the London School of Economics. Her career spans banking and the public sector in London, Madrid, and Barcelona. She was, for some years, a lecturer at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She is a member of the Ateneu Barcelonès, and served as Vice President from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, she ventured into creative writing, completing a Master's in the subject at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
