Lydia Cacho

Lydia Cacho (Mexico City, 1963) is a journalist, writer, screenwriter, and human rights activist. She is the author of twenty books and her work has been translated into ten languages and sold in more than twenty-five countries. She has been recognized with sixty-five international awards, among the most important in the world in the fields of journalism and human rights. She has also produced theater and written two successful documentary series.
