Chiara Roggero
Chiara Roggero was born in Lima, Peru in 1981. She is a writer, publicist, and communicator. She studied Advertising Creativity in Buenos Aires. She works for various agencies and commercial brands as a communication consultant. She is the director of Rock the Bubble, creative writing school through which she has published two books: Solo se lo diría a un extraño (I Would Only Tell a Stranger) and La vida es una tómbola (Life is a Lottery). She has also written and directed three plays and has published two other books: Lo que pienso de (What I Think of), Grijalbo, 2017, and Este diario llega gracias al gentil auspicio de Wuhan (This Diary Comes Thanks to Wuhan’s Kind Sponsorship), Ediciones Medianoche, 2022. She was a blogger and sports columnist for Peruvian newspaper El Comercio. She was part of the communication team of a political candidate who reached the presidency of Peru. She witnessed some things and took some notes. Los antojos (Cravings) is her first novel, published in 2023 by Plaza & Janés.
