Camille Neveux

Camille Neveux is a graduate of the Strasbourg Institute of Political Studies and the Centre De Formation des Journalistes in Paris. She also holds a degree in Literary Arabic from the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO). Camille worked for fifteen years at Journal du Dimanche, latterly as a senior reporter specializing in the Middle Eastern and Arab world, before joining national newspaper Libération in 2024 as deputy head of international news. She has produced numerous reports and investigations in Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, on the Turkish-Syrian and Syrian-Lebanese borders, and Saudi Arabia, among others. She lives with her three children and her husband, who was born in Daraya, Syria, where he organized the 2011 protests and participated in the Syrian Revolution, before moving to France in 2015.
